Stephen Woodhouse, partner at Pett Franklin, will be speaking at the ESOP Centre annual Guernsey share schemes seminar on Friday 9 October 2015 at the St. Pierre Park Hotel, St. Peter Port, Guernsey.
The event, held in partnership with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), will this year discuss employee share schemes from a trustee perspective and update trustee delegates on recent developments.
After his successful discussion last year on the employee shareholding vehicle (ESV), Stephen will be talking on the subject of rewarding growth with joint share ownership plans (JSOPs) and growth shares, and current HMRC attitudes to tax mitigation strategies using share schemes and employee benefit trusts (EBTs).
The seminar is Law Society accredited and will run from 9am to 1.15pm, with refreshments and lunch provided. Tickets are £325 for ESOP Centre and STEP members or £450 for non-members.
